First-time using RangBuy
In short, how to use RangBuy:
Enter product keywords or copy Chinese website links (taobao.com, 1688.com, etc.) and put them in our search box, submit and add to the shopping cart.
After adding all the items you want to buy, initiate checkout in the shopping cart and choose cash on delivery mode. The order is completed.
We will then confirm the inventory with the seller (within 1 business day). Once confirmed, we will notify you by email (please make sure your email notification is turned on).
Then you pay the first fee (item cost + domestic shipping fee + RangBuy service fee) (you can pay with PayPal and other methods).
After you check out, our procurement team will purchase from the seller. It usually takes 2-3 days to arrive at our warehouse.
Once it arrives, we will take real-time photos of the items (you can view it on the order details page).
When all items arrive, we will update the international shipping fee based on the weight and volume of the package so that you can view the second payment, which is the international shipping fee.
You can wait for the package to arrive, and we will update your tracking information within 1-2 business days
PS International shipping, we will send you the shipping plan before paying the order.

Submit your Quotes
Since RangBuy.shop is not exactly an online store but a buying-agency, we don’t have our own stock. Therefore, unlike normal online store,all the information(stock level,prices,production time,etc) of the item(s) are not provided by RangBuy but actually fetched from other sites. All the items in your cart is actually a QUOTE for an item.
Therefore, it is very important for you to submit your quote(s).Once you have submitted the quote(s), we go to the sites, talk with seller to verify the information. After our confirmation with seller, we will update the status of the quote(s). You will receive a email notification and you will be able to check out the “Confirmed quote(s)”
First Payment
Members have to pay two payments in order to receive your order/parcel
- 1st Payment = Item(s) cost + domestic shipping fee + RangBuy service fee* RangBuy service fee = 5% * (Item(s) cost + domestic shipping fee)+6CNY. [minimum 21 CNY or equivalent]
- 2nd Payment = international shipping fee
**We cannot know the size and weight of your items until they arrive, at which point we will work out a shipping plan for you.
Second Payment
Second Payment is basically the international shipping fee required to ship out your parcel(s). Second Payment is updated when all your items have arrived becuase we don’t know the actual weight /volume weight of your parcel until we pack your parcel.
How long can I keep items in RangBuy warehouse
1. Before shipping out:
The maximum storage period is 180 days, the counter starts since your second payment is updated.
When one shipment, some items arrive, and some don’t, we store the arrived ones and wait for the rest, no storage time limit.
When all items arrive and update the second payment, we offer 180 days free storage time, starting from the date we update the second payment.
2. Return parcels
The maximum storage period is 180 days, the counter starts since we contact you once receive the return parcel.
