Yes , we can do that. 
In second payment process, there is a step to choose the declare value from 10%-100% value, pls choose there. Or message us/ leave remark there  in the shipment, we will do that for you. 

When the declared value is lower than the country general tax exemption amount, it is not a normally-taxed package. But this is not 100% bullet-proof, there are exceptions. According to our own track records, the probability of such parcel being taxed is less than 0.3 %.

Tips to avoid tax

• Parcel over 10kg has a higher chance to be regarded as a commercial package. If you choose DHL, you need to consider the volume weight also. We recommended that each consignment should not exceed 10kg if you do not want to pay tax.
• Avoid large quantity of the same product in the same package, since it has a higher chance of being classified commercial package. We recommend splitting into different parcels if you do not want to pay tax.
• Canada, Brazil, France and some European customs are rather strict on commercial courier such as DHL, Fedex, UPS, etc. We recommend using airmail or ems in some cases.

P.S. There is no guaranteed fail-safe procedure to avoid tax, above are just sharing of our past experience. FYR 🙂

For every single package or parcel we send to you, we need to declare the parcel contents and category to your local customs for clearance process. Generally, we will only declare the category as Merchandise / Gift.


Declare as Merchandise

In general, all the shipment we send out will declare as merchandise for smoothing the customs clearance process, you have your obligations to complete your local customs VAT, import tax or duty. Invoice for the products will be provided together on the shipment.

Declare as Gift

We can declare your shipment as a gift if you have your consent to do so. However, not all shipping provider we provided accept this kind of declaration. Generally, all commercial courier do not accept gift declaration. You will find the option available during your second payment checkout if your picked shipping provided support.

Control the parcel weight

It might be a high possibility for a parcel over 10kg to be held or checked by customs. Generally, we will advise you to separate packaging for your order, if all your list items weight over 10kg.

Mark as Gift

We will mark parcels as a merchandise in a normal situation. If buyer requests, we can mark it as a gift. However, only non-commercial shipping provider such as Hong Kong Post, China post (excluded EMS). We strongly do not advise our member to change the declaration type as it may result in a punishment fee from your local Customs if they regard it is not a gift or even violated your local law. As a buying proxy, we can help if it can ease your declaration process for a specific reason. Please underwrite your request clearly during the checkout process.

Accurate and Honesty Declaration

We can use your self-made declaration form upon request. However, VAT or import duty is part of your country laws and regulation, do not under declare your package value and should give clear declaration for your package contents to avoid punishment charged by your local customs.

Gift 

• Only apply to sending the parcel from personal to personal. If your written recipient is a Company or a P.O. Box, it is not applied. 
• Only applied to non-commercial shipping providers such as China Post or Hong Kong Post (excluded EMS).

Merchandise 

• Apply to all type of recipient.
• One or more commercial invoices must attach to the package for customs declaration.
• You must know very clearly about your country imports regulation which allows your items get into your country or not.
